Signature cocktails

  • 1 oz bourbon
    .75 oz mezcal tequila
    1 oz lemon juice
    .25 oz maple syrup

  • 1.5 oz mezcal tequila
    .66 oz Cointreau
    .5 oz Campari
    1 oz lemon juice

  • 2 oz rum
    .75 oz lime juice
    1 oz mango syrup

  • 2 oz vodka
    1 oz mango syrup
    1 oz cranberry juice
    1 oz lime juice
    express lime and garnish with peel

  • 2 oz white rum
    .75 oz cranberry juice
    .75 lime juice
    .5 oz maraschino
    3 dashes or bitters
    express lime and garnish with peel and rosemary sprig

  • 2 oz bourbon
    1 oz lemon juice
    1.5 oz cranberry juice
    1 oz clementine or orange juice
    .25 oz maple syrup
    garnish with a clementine or orange wheel

  • 1.5 oz gin
    .75 oz Campari
    .75 oz red wine

    1. Place a rocks glass with one large cube in the freezer to chill 

    2. Add red wine, Campari, and gin to a mixing glass

    3. Fill 2/3 thirds with ice

    4. Stir for 30-45 seconds until mixing glass is chilled

    5. Single strain into rocks glass

    6. Express orange and garnish with peel
